Purchased phone for my wife's birthday (December 2015). Phone arrived in 4 days and was in great shape. It wasn't like new as there was some dirt in the box but the phone was wrapped like a refurb with a screen protector and new cable, charger, and headphones. The phone? Its in great shape! The software no so much. It had a very old version of iOS and had to be upgraded. It was delivered with the buggy iOS version that would not connect to wifi. I did the update over my PC and iTunes and its now working perfectly. That is the only reason this didn't get 4 stars. If you dont have itunes you can go into the "reset" menu and pick reset network connections (on the phone) to make it work normally. You have to turn off sync over wifi. Plenty of youtube videos that will show you how. Good luck.

I bought the refurbished 16GB iPhone 6 ATT gold for $399 to replace an iPhone 5. I was expecting a few blemishes and maybe even a small scratch or two. The packaging was a generic white box and I thought "Oh boy. I don't know about this.". However, I was blown away that the phone appears flawless. It's as if they took a brand new phone off the shelf and sent it to me. The package included what appears to be a new set of headphones and a new charger. I can't believe it. Just awesome. As for the phone performance, it's a typical iPhone 6. As with any phone system (android, ios, windows), you either love them or hate them. This one works great. The response, reception, speed, etc. all perfect. My family has cricket because their five phone family plan can't be beat. I took the sim from the old iPhone 5 and inserted it into the iPhone 6, turned on the 6 and after a few seconds, service was going perfectly. It was almost as if we had been using the iPhone 6 for months. My doubts with this purchase were quickly diminished. I am very happy with this refurb purchase. Hope I can say that one year from now. Definitely recommend this.

I ordered a pre owned Iphone 6 plus and had to return it within a week because it did not work. I ordered this pre owned IPhone 6 and the same thing happened just this time it happened right at the 2 month mark but Best Buy will not honor the 90 return policy they advertise on this phone. I have to take it to a store, which is an hour away, and see if they can repair it or maybe rerun it! I would not recommend this phone or best buy for that matter!
