Was a bit unsure whether this phone was open to all networks or not. Used a T mobile sim with no problems at all. Went to Europe and UK SIM cards worked fine. Just pop in your SIM card and start using the phone as simple as that. Came with no scratches, no dents and so far so good.

My wife is loving this phone. Words cannot express how much of an improvement this phone is over the Samsung Galaxy 4 she previously had. Everything about this phone is better and terrific price compared to market.

The phone was in brand new shape.It was a gift purchase. I would buy a refurbished phone from best buy any time.

I was a little skeptical in purchasing a pre-owned/refurbished phone. But to my delight, it came in perfect condition. No scratches or anything. It also came with the adapter, cord, and headphones! I have had the phone for almost two months now with no issues. Very impressed.

Popped in my VZW SIM and was good to go. Transferred everything from from my busted 5s over wifi. Phone looks like new and came with new charger , lightning cord and earbuds. ADVICE: Don't buy SPRINT version unless you are with Sprint and you have to stay with them. There is a reason it is $100 cheaper than this phone. SPRINT iPHONES CANNOT BE UNLOCKED. It will be on Sprint forever.
