Not too thick or heavy, seems to offer reasonable protection- but I wouldn't trust it for a serious impact. It looks nice, clean and simple, and the folding cover works as a stand quite well.

Th best feature is the auto off when you close the case. Is saves battery life as well as keeps you IPAD clean. The case does not take up much room and easily slips into my purse.

My wife's old I-Pad cover was clumsy and cumbersome. It's configuration made it hard to use the sound buttons and on/off button. This one is much lighter, just as protective of the screen, and a bit more stylish.

When I was looking for a case for my new iPad I never though I would buy an apple case. I figured sense it had the apple logo on it it would be an ok case that was over priced. We'll I was wrong. 1: The iPad sets in the case nice and snug 2: All the openings are prefect 3: The case wraps all the way around the edges 4: The material it is made of is easy to hold on to The only problem that I noticed is the price, it could be a little cheaper.

Easiest to use cover I have used. Protects the screen and turns device on and off as expected. Folding up to make a stand is not very stable. That is my only dislike about it.

This is the second one I have purchased. It is light but protects the ipad. I take my ipad everywhere and this cover allows it to easily fit in purse or briefcase. My husband uses the same one.

I recently bought this iPad Smart Cover from Best Buy to replace an older cover that was heavier in weight and starting to wear out. I really love this product because of it's lightweight, slim look and how it saves on battery power when the cover is closed. I also love the way the cover bends back to make typing or watching a movie easier to do. I have been a Best Buy customer for years and love the quality of all the products they sell.

Protects and covers entire iPad, front and back. Easy to wipe clean. Happy with purchase. First case lasted 3 years. Back for a 2nd one. Bought one for my Dad too.

Ipad cover was light and thin which is what I was looking for. I used it for a vacation and the pads always add so much weight this was minimal and functional,

My son uses this on his ipad, likes it better than the more bulkier ones. It is lighter weight and less of a hassle to hold on to when holdin in his hands.

This is a very nice looking case. The materials used help protect the iPad case and especially the iPad screen. It's not too bulky or clunky - professional looking design and attractive color and material in the construction. Very pleased with the quality of the construction and materials used on this product. Price is reasonable - and after seeing and feeling the smooth materials - it's well worth the price.

The corners of these tend to get worn out over time, but the overall functionality is good. Protects the iPad pretty well. I have had a few of these on iPads whose screen cracked when dropped on concrete or tile, but that's not very common. When the iPads broke, the screen protector of the case did not stay closed, exposing the screen. I have about 50 of these for our iPads at work and most are still in use after about 2 years. Like I said though, the corners may start to come apart over years of use.

Does not set at proper angle when looking at ipad in lap but overall feel cover is lightweight but sturdy and easy to use.

Nice I pad case. Closes well and stands great. It's a slim case that protects your iPad. Just wish it came in more colors.

Love this case as it protects front and back of iPad and it has magnetic closure that turns device off when closed. Can also set it up as a stand. Awesome.

It was exactly what I was looking for. Easy to install and very light. I've transitioned from the Griffin Survivor case to this. Definitely a no brainier.
