No More Open Box

The description said it was “excellent” but after my first time connecting it today 2/1/23, the remote control was not charging. I could not even return it because I did not connect my Apple TV before the 14 days return period. Not very happy with Best Buy’s dishonest description, whoever inspected or tested this Apple TV should be reprimanded. Apple products are general very good quality from all the products that I currently have.

Not bad, but nowhere near the best for streaming.

It’s support and control os subpar. If you just want to watch YouTube and Apple+, and use iOS apps then maybe this os for you. I will keep mine but I have upgraded my streaming experience to the nvidia shield pro which is leaps and bounds better, and 3rd party app support is significantly better. (Not to mention better quality for streaming and watching with its AI ups along)
