I bought this because I got tired of paying Spectrum every month forever for a box. Really the only issue I have with it is you cannot record programs with Apple TV.

Siri voice commands, dolby vision, HDI 2.1, all great features, just need to upgrade playback to enable 120hz video.

I’ve been buying Apple products for years I really don’t see a point to the Apple TV when cheaper products and smart TVs can do just about the same thing for less

Connects up great with my apple network. Never been a fan of the remote. However it is definitely improved over previous models.

While the box is a big improvement i hope it will getter and support 4K 120hz which it dont do right now. Also didn't like that when using dolby vision it wont let you do any calibrations. The worst part about this new model is the remote it’s awful just plan awful. The complaint it that you have buttons around a scroll wheel and if your finger touches the pad when you goto touch a button the selection on the screen moves all over the place and you are left fighting with the remote to actually select anything.

This is by far the best streaming device I’ve used. It’s easy, pairs with no issues on my phone, and I enjoy sharing my photos or videos on the tv.

Very dissapointed that this did not solve the issue I bought it for. My iPhone 12 Pro Max wll take beautiful DolbyVision video but when using AirPlay to the AppleTV the video is stuttery (choppy with frames dropped). I upgraded my modem and got the AppleTV trying to get smooth DolbyVision to my LG OLED TV but still getting stuttery DolbyVision. I contacted Apple and the support person confirmed he was seeing the same issue and said he would contact the appropriate engineers and get back to me. I have asked for an update several times over the last few weeks but get no response from Apple! For me this has been a waste of money. The one thing that I do like it for is being able to display photos from iCloud to the TV. Otherwise this is just another streaming box like my Chromecast and NVIDIA Shield. This is as of Aug. 2021 so may improve with firmware updates. I also think the remote is difficult to use in that it is hard to pick the icon you want with the wheel at the top (too touchy). The NVIDIA Shield remote which is a similar style is much better to use.

Our user experience is flawless w apple tv. The new generation with improved picture quality is hands down the best product on the market.

Got this because my new lg tv's streaming apps dont work properly but this is top notch. Best bang for your buck.

If you are in the Apple ecosystem, this is a great option for streaming and having a seamless connection with your Apple products.

My 3 year old 4K apple tv would not wake up sometimes, had to unplug it quite frequently. Only reason I purchased this. So far, so great!
