    In 17 April i open it and setup apple tv, it is freezing during setup and after using, remote control working bad with freezing i don’t know what’s going on with this apple tv, tomorrow i will going to Best Buy help with this issue

    About once a year the Apple TV fails, this time it lost volume control which has happened before. Frustrating.

  • Terrible. Constant freeze-ups.

    This thing was terrible. When it worked, it was great. But it kept freezing up, every 20 seconds, or minute, or 5 minutes. It would be frozen for varying lengths of time, such as 10 seconds or a minute or two. It made watching the shows (on AppleTV) super frustrating. I tried changing cords, and TV's, and on different internet providers (I have two different services) and everything else. Nothing helped. The signal strength was always strong, so that wasn't the problem. I searched the internet and found lots of other people having the same problem. The unit appears well made, but the overall functioning is garbage. I have multiple Amazon Firesticks, and I have no problem with those, so there is no excuse for the AppleTV unit to have intermittent (and frequent) problems.
