This is a great product it works great I recommend this product

Purchased an “excellent” condition open box. The box was all crunched and the remote was dinged and scuffed. I honestly think someone bought one to replace their messed up remote because I don’t even think the actual Apple TV had been used. Shouldn’t have been “excellent” but so it goes, returned it and bought a new one.

Remote will not work. It doesn’t read in the setting.

Big warning to any one using this with plex, the apple tv has massive issues with audio cutting out and freezes. This does not happen on the roku at all. I thought this being more powerful would be goid but it is really not user friendly when compared to the competition.

There is no possibility to search in different languages

We bought two 2nd generation Apple TV remotes and one has completely stopped working after 3 weeks. The return period of course ended 5 days ago. Pretty poor commitment to customers.

Remote doesn't work, need to return. Not happy as it was needed asap

This unit constantly cuts in and out of high def. None of my other media has this problem, only through this device do I experience the latency. Device is gone, and so is the problem.

I don’t like that I had to “upgrade” to the newest version in order to add some “simple” apps? As I also mentioned in another review…Apple TV programs are not worth it! The only positive that I can say about it is how it organizes my favorite Apps together along with my other Apple purchases. There isn’t an Apple product that they have created that I don’t have…my brother says I drank the Kool-Aid? But this one is not worth the “Name” price.

just got it not working properly it restarts by itself frequently and my return period just passed. my old one is working better having it 4 years now.

This one was bad and was sent back with the geek squad technician…repeat was not install.on June 17 I got another Apple TV 4K and put it in myself

This was a great purchase. I have two previous versions of the Apple TV and this one is a lot faster and the Dolby Vision gives a much better picture then the previous Apple TV that I had on this tv before. The remote is nice now that can control the power of the tv from it and the rest of it is stream lined. I would highly recommend this device to anyone.

Apps do not work, it is constantly disconnecting. I thought I could take it back but apparently worst buy has changed their return window!

The Apple TV 4K is a poor product that is all about making money for Apple. It doesn’t come pre loaded with Disney plus, Paramount plus or HBO Max

Did not like the content that was offered. I was disappointed that you cannot run the same apps from your iPhone unless you mirror the screen. I returned the item.

I open the box looks good except the HD cable is not included so I’m returning it they want you to pay extra for a cable that should be included.

It put a line on my tv poor quality expected more disappointing
