Great streaming box

I’d rate the Nvidia Shield as the best if you don’t, but the Apple TV would still work great too. It has all the standard apps you’d expect and it runs the Plex app so I can watch free OTA tv via an antenna, HDHomerun tuner, and Plex Pass.

6th Gen out in 2021?

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I returned the 5th Generation when I verified the that we currently had a 4th Gen unit. There is not much difference between 4th Gen & 5th Gen. Articles indicate that the 6th Gen will be out next year. Recommend only if you are not upgrading and do not currently have an Apple TV.

||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.One of the things I forgot to write in my last review of the earlier generation is how well the remote automatically picks up the TV model and just immediately controls the volume. It also works with a huge number of receivers if you have one but if you have just a TV it should automatically click over to the Apple TV. Great product.

Best streaming box on the market.

The 4K streaming with Amazon, Netflix, and the ability to buy 4K content in the App Store is amazing. This bad boy comes with Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision. I have an onkyo 4K receiver also with Dolby Atmos and Vision. And a beautiful 4K Samsung Tv. Loving my home theater.
