I bought the Apple TV because I cut the cable. However, I have had problems with it going to sleep or blacking out often. I changed the input and the HDMI Cable which has helped. However, it stills go black A few times a day. I have great internet speed, so I’m not sure what the problem could be. I’ve also updated the software and restarted often.

We really like Apple TV. Great investment. The content is exactly what we were looking for.

I found this item to work well, I have no concerns at this time.

Works like a charm. Hunting for specific movies a bit slow. Geek Squad very helpful setting this up for me.

Upgraded older AppleTv with this one. Have not used it enough yet to differentiate between the old, but so far, so good.

Really enjoy my apple tv. The remote is easy to use and apps are easy to find.

I had the old Apple TV. This one allows more streaming services. It works great.

The Apple TV are good for streaming what you like, but I keep having problems with Apple doing updates and constantly having to re-login and losing the ability to control it through home automation systems. The only reason I purchase them is because my customers want them because their familiar with them at their other homes.

Lots of options. I'm in an area with only one Internet provider which is too laggy but this still works well.

A great organizer for movie data. I had it's former(Apple TV 64gb) machine. Works great.

But last one stopped working all of a sudden. Had it for two years. A little frustrated.

Apple TV picture was great. But I don't read lips. Even loud movies were distracting as the sound didn't seem full. I did not have this problem with firestick or nvidia shield. I exchanged for another apple tv. Same problem. The apps for Apple TV will nickel and dime you todeath. Want to rent a movie from anything other than itunes. To bad. You cant!

Honestly... huge Apple fan, but the this product has been under whelming to say the least. I bought this to have Apple Fitness+ on my TV and it keeps hanging (pausing) in the middle of the workout. This also will happen when I’m streaming Netflix or HBO. I usually just end up using my Samsung apps instead.

The remote control has to be someones sick joke, seriously, does apple even bata and alpha test with real world customer? Apple sure as heck doesn't listen to customers after the sale either! Besides the fact that this is the worst remote control ever produced in the history of remote controls; Apple TV is too cumbersome to setup and way too redundant to setup TV-Apps through TV providers. I have to constantly enter passwords and log in and password after password after password. The real nightmare is setting up a second and 3rd TV in the home; why not come out with a whole home solution and cut out all the redundancy, I have already authenticated my credentials. I don't see any significant improvements to from Generations 1-3 other than Gen-4 has a worse remote control design. (However, the diction does work well, i'll give them that)
