Had to order on-line because there was no local stock available. Upon receipt it was immediately apparent this item was in much worse condition than described. Item was extremely scratched and remote was dirty and not even cleaned.

Okay streaming device

The older videos play so slowly or not at all. I’m unsure if this has to do with the strength of my WiFi. I like most Apple products, but I haven’t been wowed so far by this steaming device.

4K is great

2nd one I’ve owned and would never buy another.

I didn’t have it set up to turn on automatically every time I turned on my tv or Xbox it would come on and no matter how many times I turned it off it would come back on. So I have to unplug it every time I want to play Xbox. Then after about 4 months it freezes up anytime I watch a movie on Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime. I have an iMac, iPhone and iPad. I’ve noticed in the past couple years Apple products have gone down the tubes. Apple used to make cutting edge products now it’s just over priced Chinese garbage.
