this is the authentic apple adapter. a bit pricey but quality is good.

What do you say about a power adapter? It works like it should. It's a nice white color. It doesn't shock me. That's about all I have to say about that! I would recommend it if you are looking for an adapter. It was on sale when I got it, so that made it worth getting the Apple brand.

Over great product, small and compact and charges just as fast as big bulkier ones

Have tried an "off" brand (as a backup) power adapter but both the lightning cable & power adapter did not last as long as the Apple. In fact we threw those out & still have the original cables & adapters that came with our Apple devices. I don't & have never worked for Apple AND I am not a "tech snob" nor do I believe that name brand is necessarily the best but I want the best quality for my money, & with these products, Apple is best.

Charges quickly and doesnt get hot, I bundled it with the cord and got a better price.

Its easy to forget the phone charger, so I have one at work and one at home. And I carry one in the car. I have even help a friend who forgot to bring one with them. Apple just makes good stuff.

This item never fails to charge! It doesn't overheat and works perfectly. Definitely a great adapter.
