Disappointing - No Apple Fitness and Cellular Data

NEVER received and disappointing. How can this be resolved? Secondly I’m being told the purchase through Best Buy is the reason I’m having issues with activating the cellular data.

I have spent several hours on the phone with AT&T, Apple Watch support, & Apple tech support & I am still unable to use my watch.

Watch out for ios 14 and watchos 7.

Alot of problems started a few days later when my phone battery kept draining within hours. I had to charge my phone a few times a day. I have stopped using my iphone for the moment and unpaired the watch. Unfortunately it was 16 days past when I realized, and it's too late to return the watch now because it's only got a 2 weeks return window.

Apple watch defect-disconnect with cellular often

Apple factory repaired it multiple times though reinstallation but proved not solving the issue. Apple refuses to replace it because I purchase from Best Buy not from Apple

Spent 14 hours will apple support only to be told to take it back they couldn’t fix it. And I order this for store pick up and was told it would arrive in 3 days… 19 days later I was notified it was ready for pick up.
