Everything at first was working great then a couple weeks in the screen started to look funny. I couldn’t read anything on there. I would have to restart it and then it would be fine for a day or so then start doing it again. I’m not sure what is going on with it and I don’t know if it’s fixable.

I ordered a silver/demin sport band only to receive a white band watch that i did not order. It took alot of back and forth trying to contact the seller regarding sending me a product that did not order. The seller even had the odersity to tell me they'll issue a partial refund if i return the product, yet it wasn't my mistake in the first place. Finally the correct band was received about 4 weeks later. I would NOT recommend this third party sellers by the name "Wireless Source" to anyone. Regarding the product it self i am yet to see how it works. It's too soon to tell if the watch is working well since it was a Christmas present for a family member.

This watch was returned within 7 days. The battery would not last half a day and there were charging issues.

Watch had a few nicks on it and the order took longer than expected to arrive. Make sure you order from Best Buy directly I don’t think their independent vendors are vetted very well. Vendor has bad reviews items can’t be returned either. I will say that they at least reply to questions pretty quick.
