My item never made it to my door, the picture the door dash driver is not my home. I contacted best vuy abkut this issue and was denied a refund or replacment. I was told to contact my local law enforcement. That would be fine if my item was stolen off my property, my item never made it to me. Ive been back and forth with Customer service for about 2 weeks now. Ive requested to speak with a supervisor everytime and everytime i get hung up on. This type of customer service is very disheartening. Ive been a total tech memebr since it became avaliable. But this is how they treat loyalty?
