We opted to pickup the laptops from a store across town to avoid shipping to us adding days to our wait. We wanted to pickup watch but no stores had this particular watch. Sales person advise they will expedite watch to us. Watch received by Fedex with no face, only the band. I immediately called customer service to advise situation. I stayed on phone maybe 30-45 min working through a return label, before finalizing we somehow got disconnected. I called back & agent advised they would ship watch to store in Willowbrook & I could go & exchange once it arrived at Willowbrook. I waited the 3 - 4 days, called to check on status & to my surprise the status showed cancelled. Called again & advised no refund exchange would be issued, take it up w/ police. This is in no way fair to me, Best Buy paid for shipping & I did not receive complete order. How do I wear this watch with no face?

I see a value in it as a gift since u have a good tecnology with suitable price. The only thing i dont like is the battery life since i use this watch personally.

Even after wrist waking it , it goes back off in 2 secs. Absolutely horrible. The 70sec wake only works if you dont move your arm at all. Any movement with put it back to sleep, even more horrible.
