Although it is a rebuilt watch, it works like new and looks like new and the price is excellent.

Review has to do with the activation part....... Purchased using the One Time Payment with Activation option...... first issue was a Best Buy agent called me requiring our AT&T passcode, which is highly suspect. I gave it to them but then changed it later. This SHOULD NOT be necessary if they are offering activation and it's not advisable to give out a passcode of one company to another. If they can't have a secure process in place with AT&T then they shouldn't be doing it, and Best Buy certainly shouldn't be asking for sensitive information for your account with an entirely separate company! My second issue is that Best Buy's activation process automatically assigned a phone number without my input, so we ended up getting a number way outside of our area code. I had to call AT&T to change the phone number and the agent graciously credited my account with the change fee My third issue was that when I setup the watch the watch didn't import the eSIM profile and there was no working AT&T on the watch. After being on the phone for an hour with AT&T they were not able to resolve the issue. After another hour of research and troubleshooting I was able to send a new eSIM through their website. Just an awful frustrating process.

This watch replaced an Apple watch series 5, which had a broken case. It was cheaper to replace than repair. I chose the SE due to cost, but there are a couple of things of which I was not aware. Most importantly, I did not know that the SE does not include an ecg, which the 5 had. This might have been a deal breaker had I known. Also, even after trying several fixes, this watch is almost always "Loading Weather" rather than showing weather. Annoying.

got it as family plan device for my daughter . good value for tracking her and communicate with her.

I think it's crummy that I'm not able to pair any new Apple watch with my Iphone 7, which I know that sounds old, but in reality I bought only 4 1/2 years ago brand new from an Apple Store. So it's not really that old. I would have to buy a new phone to pair with this watch to get functionality other than the SOS feature. I also think the bands are ridiculously overpriced at $50. Apple really is shameless in their monopolistic greed.
