My girlfriend loved her birthday present! It was easy to buy and the employees helped me out a lot! Purchased a two year Apple care plan with it and never got paper work so that’s my only bad experience!

Upgraded from 1st generation Apple Watch. Wanted cellular so could leave my phone at home when working out Great being able to take and make a phone call and listen to music using AirPods. I have not been disappointed

I had the Series 3 for a year and decided to go with the upgrade to the Series 5 - I'm so glad I did. I truly love the new apps that come with the watch, and it seems like it's a bit faster - or it could be my imagination. I love that it has a bigger face and I even purchased the Nike watch band which is super breathable. In the time I have had the watch, I really do like the upgrade. If you have the means, I would recommend it.

This is my favorite watch to wear anywhere. It has all kinds of apps that I can use in case I cannot pull my phone out or I forget it at home. It comes in handy often and it’s the perfect size for me.

At first, I was very hesitant to purchase the Apple Watch since the price took a huge chunk out of my wallet (esp since it was celluar-enabled), and I don't even workout on the daily, but I'm so glad I made the investment. Very easy to pair with an iPhone along with other Apple/Beats accessories, and it was definitely a monetary incentive to help me care more about my health & well-being. With the Breathe Feature, Activity-Tracker, and being able to listen to music without having to carry my phone around for a quick run, it's a well-made device for something so compact and durable. I still wish it supports offline Spotify play, but I guess, for the time being, I'll just be relying on Apple Music.

I love my watch and I love Best Buy! The staff is always helpful and patient when purchasing products. They answering all my questions and if I have to return something they give me no problems. The watch is great, It works flawlessly. It has so many cool features. I enjoy answering my phone with my watch. It has good volume on calls. As long as you have your phone nearby. It is not heavy on my wrist either. It feels very light. It can also check my heart rate. I choose the activity I am doing and it records my time and puts it into my daily activiy. A cool feature is the "bullseye" that shows movement, exercise and standing time. So, it's a good motivation tool. Overall, a great watch!

I was eager to upgrade from the watch 3 and I splurged in the 5. I love the added features and the ease of use. I got it with cellular so I don’t always have to be glued to my phone. It’s great!

I got this to have a medical alert device. It helps me track my exercise and keeps me moving throughout the day. If I fall and I don’t respond to the alarm the watch will alert my kids that I am hurt.

My boyfriend and I bought two of these watches through the amazing leasing program through best buy in late January. It was the best decision I have ever made. With my job being very hands on, I was quite worried that I would crack, scratch, or damage not only the glass face of the watch, but the band and other components as well. However, that hasn't been the case whatsoever. I have had it for around three months now, and I couldn't be happier. It's sleek, comfortable, and with not being able to have my phone on me throughout the day, this helps me keep up with time sensitive and important notifications that beforehand I wasn't receiving. Yet another great apple product that I am happy to own!

Bought this as a gift for my gf. I dont use apple products but this was easy for her to use and figure out. She loves her new watch. Ordering and shipping were great and on time. Perfect gift!

I was impressed with how much I would use features beyond the typical ones and how easy it is to you! Also, the bands are so easy to change out for different looks/uses. I'm more than satisfied!

What’s not to love. I am an Apple girl and I love this watch. They continue to get better with time just like all Apple products. And if I can get it for a deal and pay less I’m all for it.

The watch is perfect for me. It tells me everything and for fitness related issue it is just awesome. Love this item and will surely recommend this to others.

Having had a Series 1, I decided to upgrade. Love the Cellular so I don’t have to carry my phone around with me when at the gym and out of range. Also like the different display options, etc.

This Apple Watch has so great features and is very easy to work I recommend it for people that can’t use there phone as much or works in a place that it can be very useful

I would recommend this to anybody. We bought this as a gift for my daughter because when she has no battery on her phone I could still get a hold of her and keep an eye on her location.

My wife fell in love with this watch the minute she put it on. We used the store to do the initial setup but everything has been working fine since that setup.

Perfect for the wife so she doesn’t have to go looking for her phone every call/text. Easy setup. Only wish battery would last longer (short battery life just like the phones)

I bought it for the health and monitoring functionality, but since it pairs so well with my other Apple products I have just come to love it for how useful it is overall
