Bought this for my elderly mother because she doesn't live close to me and my wife. Mom is using the watch to remind her to move around and most importantly we have the fall detection turned on so if she falls the watch will detect it and call 911.

I was on the fence about purchasing a "smart watch" for years. I always had the thought that it wasn't worth it since I only needed to look at the time. But this Apple Watch really changed my opinion. I particularly like the health features included with the Watch. Tracking my calories burned per day, my workout minutes, giving me reminders to take a breath for a minute, checking my heart rate consistently. These all help to put my mental health in a better place by giving me a better read on my physical health. I honestly would recommend this Watch to anybody on the fence like I was. The extra features will really surprise you!

This watch is everything I had hoped for and more. A little confusing at first until I went back and re-read some instructions, like putting the band on correctly. Otherwise, works exactly as advertised.

Pros: Nice styling, many useful features, great options for actual watch face. Cons: Must be charged every day. Extensive features also means extensive learning curve. Dont like the fact that any time you cross your arms or your other arm comes in contact with the watch face, it changes the watch face or inadvertently activates other features or changes screens.

I love love love this watch. There are so many features and I’m still trying to figure it all out. I was unsure about the watch band but it turns out to be very easy to use. Definitely recommended.

The watch charges very quickly. The help of Best Buy has made It easy to use. It is comforting at my age (81) to know this will get me help if I fall while wearing it.

I just upgraded my series 2 to this series 6. The display is so clear, it works so much faster, and the cellular feature is so handy!

After I finally got my watch the correct color it was great took 3 times before it finally came in the correct color

Love my Apple Watch! Only thing I didn’t like was that I couldn’t put it all on my Best Buy card. Since I got. Cellular one AT&T had To add some of my payment to my wireless bill.

The Best Buy Mobile phone Tech ordered the wrong Apple Watch, despite asking me specifically what color, size etc.. I received it a couple days later, realized that it wasn't't what I had asked for, and immediately brought it to the store to return it and to exchange it for the correct watch. OK mistakes happen. But! After a completely frustrating hour and a half, with multiple mistakes and with the same Mobile Tech who'd mis-ordered it, I finally told her to completely void out all the related purchases, and the many failed attempts to re-order the correct watch and connect it to my mobile phone account. Not only was it a frustrating series of mistakes, but it was also her negative attitude that made the experience so bad. I went back to the store the next day to speak to the manager, to make sure that the chaos from the day before truly had been resolved. She arranged for a different Tech Associate to help me to resolve it which he did, logically and with a great attitude, and then he successfully re-ordered the correct Apple watch, and three days later when I received it, I went back to the store, asked for him, and he set it up for me. Perfect!! This review rating of "POOR" is not a reflection on him! He resolved the situation to my 100% satisfaction! It looks like I will have an opportunity to write a review about this Tech Associate, in which case, I will give him rave reviews!! He was great! And now I'm wearing and enjoying my new Apple watch!
