She said it isn’t as big of a leap from the 4 that I now use. If you are going for basic functionality, you might not need the latest and “greatest”.

Watch will not Function Properly

Every time I try to update it, it goes black screen, and after it seems to have updated, it asks me to update again, despite having good internet and meeting requirements.

I orders the watch open box excellent condition which claims there’s a charger the box was empty . I contacted Best Buy online with no help they told me to the local store and the store told me I needed to contact them online .

Do not get open box products

It seemed like the best buy team did not work on making the watch new. It was full of scratches. I could have saved some more money by buying the lower category of open box.
