Worst Experience Ever, Called 5 times, no help

I updated my email prior to placing the order. Now all of my free trials and apple care plan is associated with the wrong email. I will be returning for refund as soon as the iPad arrives.

Do your work

But the store associate don’t even pick the item from the back room and and the end of the day is should be arrived by 9 only got email saying my order will be delay for 1 or 2 days. Wow absolutely worst management ever. At least pick the item, how many days it take them to pick one iPad from back room.
