    I should have read other people’s experience with this process. I’ve been transferred 5 times and on the phone for 30 minutes while they try to figure out whose job it is to send me the activation email. Just wait until you have the device in hand and add it in the settings. Ridiculous.

    Insurance is for the what if’s. I always get the insurance, but have only ever used it for a watch. For a watch I would recommend. For iPad it depends on what you do with it and where you take it.
