Apple care is an absolute necessity and I’m relieved j decided to spend a little more money to cover my purchase from any mishaps. Accidents happen and I would regret not having this added protection.

The difficult part of Apple Care is you have to send your product off to get serviced in some areas if they aren't a certified apple repair at Best Buy. Ask the question when you purchase so you have knowledge ahead of time.

This MacBook Pro is a BEAST!! very fast and with the dedicated graphics card it’s FANTASTIC for rendering and phot editing. Would highly recommend this for anyone doing video/photo editing!

Superior protection for my MacBook Pro 16. There is no way that I would not protect such an investment. The price is cheap compared to what I would have to pay if not covered by a plan.

Grateful for the security of knowing I had this in the event of an issue.

I had a friend that learned the hard way to have apple care when he broke his screen after a month of having it. They even replaced his at the store and upgraded him at only the cost to upgrade to another computer. He didn't even pay for the cost of the repair.

My first macbook pro had the delete key stuck after less than a week of very light use. Best Buy replaced it and transferred all of my information but I thought maybe I should cover my investment long-term, especially with what Apple charges for repairs.

Apple care plus have been extremely helpful over the last three years

Skip 1st level support & ask for a senior advisor at the outset. Techs only call back 50% of the times they promise to call back. However, NOTHING is as bad as Microsoft, Dell and HP support which is in India. VERY poor support from India. Knowledgeable but they follow & read from a script. No comprehension. Maddening.

Excellent. Staff knew immediately what problem was with my Mac. The MacBook was repaired under the Apple Care I have. Very thankful I took it when buying the computer.

Despite the price, I would not think of buying a MacBook Pro 16" without also getting AppleCare. The more expensive the particular laptop model that you buy, the better a value AppleCare becomes.

purchase the top-of-the-line MacBook Pro so only made sense to purchase the overpriced Insurance in case something happens it's a lot of money to spend to not have some peace of mind for something to go wrong especially since it's Apple

Im not the one to get warranty on items, but when I purchased one for my ipad pro, I would not get something so expensive without one. My ipad pro ended up getting damaged, now It is back to new.

So happy to know if something happens to my Mac Pro. I have apple care. I am happy that my sales representative informed me about the pros and cons of Apple Care. I can sleep better at night.

I so love the security of having protection. Given the amount of work I have to complete using my electronics and how much I travel, the protection plans are so needed!

Fortunately we haven't had to use it yet for this MacBook, but AppleCare+ is one of the only warranties that I regularly purchase due to their incredible support to fix Apple products.

I have not had to use this yet, but it covers alot of the things that I might need to have replaced. I own a full set of Apple products so it only makes sense to have the care for them!

I got this because since it's a pretty pricey item it's always nice to have insurance on tech that could easily be damaged and having that comfort that my item will be taken care of.

Why would you purchase an expensive product without protection. You simply never know when an accident is around the corner. Stay safe and give yourself piece of mind.

Bought this to go with my new MacBook Pro with Touch Bar. I have had no need for it yet but worth the peace of mind in case I have any questions or problems.
