Not getting what I paid for

The coverage has not been activated on my product and BestBuy has been very unhelpful. Been working with Apple as proof of purchase but I am honestly never gonna purchase this through BestBuy ever again after this ordeal. The points are not worth it for all the hours I have had to waste on the phone. Somehow the coverage activated 2 days prior to me receiving my device so I think that is part of the issue

apple care at best buy is a crock
