EACH TIME I MADE A CLAIM USING APPLE CARE AND THERE WAS NO PROBLEM .. I HAD 3 DAY TURN AROUND EACH TIME ALTHOUGH APPLE DOESN'T PROMISE THAT QUICK TURNAROUND
