Range hood unit it self is okay for the price. IF
I had seen the other reviews regarding their disastrous install I would never let Best Buy’s third party delivery and installation team touch my range hood. Damaged the hood during install and cut my electrical line too short to install range hood replacement. I had to file a complaint with BBB to get resolution. So infuriating! Took nearly 5 weeks to get repair and installation of replacement range hood

It was great. They removed the old appliance and took it away. Unpacked the new appliance and installed it. Checked that the new appliance functioned correctly and took away all the packing material and cleaned up the work area.

Why keep asking ? For the amount of times i have expressed total disatisfaction from the job the basic install people did(delivery set up guys of the stove) which required three different teams to get right(one of which outright refused to install a required anti tip bracket at all) to the professional installation team who knowingly installed a rangehood that prevented my cabinets from opening (and scratching it up when they themselves closed the doors after) to installing the hood crooked, i am not sure why i keep being asked to review anything. Its comical now. Outside of a woman named Jackie who tried her best to get appts reschediked and follow up done, there was absolutely no concern from best buy whatsoever. They just make empty promises, scripted aplogies but at the end of the day they resolve nothing. I jeld off on responding to requests for reviews and feedback trying to give then an opportunity to right all the wrongs but they continued to give more of the same bad service. SEVERAL review requests now have betted the same results and im not really sure why they bother to ask anymore knowing nothing has changed for the better. So im saying BYE to Best(WORST) Buy.

Last year, I had best buy install a dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. The experience is great. They give a time window and have always arrived in the said window. The installation team has also always been great at what they do. They uninstalled the appliance and hauled it away, cleaning everything in the process as well

Best Buy had so many failures in my experience of purchasing an oven and this review is just about the return of an appliance. I returned the oven #1 after failing attempts from the total tech installer to install it. The 2nd installer who came to return the oven#1 was supposed to also drop off a new oven#2 (which was smaller) and install it. He decided that the new oven wouldn’t fit, and he didn’t attempt to install it. He also didn’t return oven #1 as he didn’t have space on his truck. We waited 2 weeks for this appointment and he literally ended it in 5 minutes. Then we had to wait another week for another team to come pickup oven #1 and drop oven #2. We got our own installer and he was able to install oven #2 in one hour. The story doesn’t end here. After returning oven #1 , we didn’t get the refund. I had to call at least 7 times to request the refund and each time I get a different response on why I’m not getting it. 6 out of 7 times the customer service representative was saying that their system is hanging and they can’t see the information that they needed. the departments are disconnected , there is no clear process on how to help the customer. In one screen they see that the item is picked up but they don’t see that the warehouse has received it. So I wasted 4 hours of my time getting departments to talk to each other in order to get my refund.

Appliance Uninstall/Product Pickup guy was sloppy! He has left water every where in my laundry room when he uninstalled the hose from my old washer. What a mess for me to clean up!

This uninstall if a range hood was finally completed as several other installers failed to show up or complete. BB outsources this service and many do not have the expertise

The install seemed flawless until the product didn’t work. So I’m unsure if the install was bad or the product was bad. However, BB has scheduled a replacement unit to be delivered and installed.

The first ovens installed did not heat properly. The ovens were replaced and still do not operate properly. Moisture gets in the glass of the upper oven. Best Buy has been wonderful to deal with. We are now waiting for another set from a different manufacturer.

I am utterly disappointed. I purchased this back in May, had it installed incorrectly in June and since then multiple installers have come out and stated they don't have the tool to fix it. I've several Best buy numbers to remedy the situation and nothing gets done. It is now July and My kitchen is still not functional. I'm also missing a microwave and the new garbage disposal is leaking every where.
