Easy to use

Upgraded to a SSD Took about40 minutes to transfer everything. Removed old hard drive, installed new SSD drive and computer booted up. New SSD drive is quick. Definitely made transferring files and OS easy.

I only have Windows 10 or Mac, so didn’t try the software at all. It also doesn’t have an indicator light, so have to check if it is mounted to know that it is plugged in.

I selected the drive to copy, then selected the drive to copy to. The program took about 10 to 15 minutes to actually find the new drive. Once it did it took about an hour or so. 120 gigs to a 500 gig HD. I would have given it 5 stars if it had found the new drive faster.
