Missing Hardware!!!

Rating can change from a 2 once we actually get all the pieces and put it together.

sad waste of money

Best buy told me I will have to pay to have it repaired. not a great product sadly, it was fun while it lasted but for $500 bucks and to fail so quickly. Very disapointed.

Arcade1Up Pinball

The pcbs eventuality fail on these units causing you to invest another $109 dollars for parts (plus the time to self install). I tried to reason with Arcade1Up support that this is a design issue, not a wear and tear issue. They refused to send a free repoacement part. So this could be an every 3 year replacement

4 days and and computer board locked up!

Returned it . It was fun playing, but unfortunately not going to send out board to get fixed to Arcade 1 up and wait 3 weeks !
