It really works!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Installed this solar charger when i moved my Arlo to a hard to reach place that i don't plan on having to reach often. I installed it for a "test" with the Arlo battery at 42%. I pointed the solar panel where it'll get direct sun for about 2 hours a day since i live within feet of mature trees that block all but overhead sunlight. It took 2 weeks to charge to 100%, but it has held that 98-100% battery for almost 2 months. I should also mention that the Arlo camera gets triggered many times throughout the day with kids and dogs. I can't recommend this highly enough as it is amazing. I was charging every 2-3 weeks but that's over now!

I was able to increase the quantity of the image without worrying about battery life but I do feel like they can be priced better especially the ones like I have with a micro usb connection. But I am pleased with the fact I don’t need to climb ladders every 2 to 3 months
