Finicky to get aimed

Quite literally, as I was twelve feet in the air on a ladder trying to look at my phone in one hand to check the image, and hold the camera steady with the other.

Extends the camera

Takes a bit to secure the position and to get it to hold in place. Once done it is fine, but again the camera can just be unscrewed. Of course you already will have captured their image if they are that close.

Expensive for the function

Since I have a brick face ranch I had to rig them on a piece of painted board as they attach only by 3 little screws which would have been tough to put into the brick itself.
