Setup of the safe buttons was pretty straight forward, just follow each step as directed. The app works as expected and love having the safety assurance of carrying the safe button with me, usually in my pants pocket or clipped to my clothing. The white button is recessed enough to prevent accidental pushes. So far, no false alarms. As others have mentioned, you need to have Bluetooth always on and supposedly works within 300ft of your phone. The app will let you know if the safe button is disconnected. Finally, remember your PIN. You won't be able to cancel an event without it. Hopefully, won't have to use it anytime soon, but so far very happy with this purchase.

The service and the buttons are a good idea. But the fact that it is tied to your cell phone reduces the value in my opinion. I also have concerns over accidental button pushes as well. Once I realized what exactly this was, I boxed it back up and set it on a shelf.

The Arlo Safe bundle is an excellent addition to your Arlo security system. If you have a family and want to keep track of the kids and make sure they're safe, I highly recommend picking up this product. If you can purchase a bundle package with your Arlo security system, even better.
