Giving it 4 stars cuz these cameras don’t catch and alert you for every event. I’ve notice 3 times now where the camera light is activated from motion but I don’t get an alert from the app or any video for that time.

Working with Andy at the Springfield Oregon branch in security technology was very rewarding. My career corporate sales in telecommunication. Andy is extremely proficient in product the Arlo, Google and other products analogous to Arlo. He as upbeat and easy to talk to. Best Buy is very fortunate to gave have him on board.

Works better than the Ultra 1 . This has a longer WiFi range and works farther from my house . Set up needs to be done close to main unit , otherwise you can get software issues .

We purchased the Arlo Ultra V2 add on camera to supplement our existing cameras. Pleasantly surprised at the detail and color images.
Our sales person was very knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Great camera. Setup was, as All Arlo products, spotty like Swiss cheese. Not communicating how to use seems to be the business model of these tech companies.when it comes to my home security I need clear directions. I can read. So info and and zen-like setup brings the product down.

Be sure to read the description! (I didn't read it closely enough.) This camera *will not work* without the SmartHub. And as of this writing (May 2022) there haven't been any SmartHubs available anywhere since at least last November. There are scalpers charging $200 and $300 for one, but the list price is only $100. Caveat emptor.

Doesn't give clear images although I was told it would. It records EVERYTHING and runs down the battery. Schedule doesn't work. Motion area doesn't work. Can't understand customer service and they ALWAYS have to put me on hold to get answers and then don't have a complete answer.
