Ok - it’s a piece of glass that covers the screen on my iPhone. I’ve broken it several times and had to jump through hoops to get reimbursed to have it replaced. The Armor Edge Replacement Policy is the BEST... buy their screen, if it breaks, take it back to Best Buy to have it replaced FOR FREE. No “we’ll send you another one”, just take it in and have the screen replaced - on the spot - for FREE.

Fairly east to install but dust can still get under the protector while you are applying it and it that happens you’re in trouble and probably wont be able to remove the dust without making it worse and possibly attracting more dust. I would use some compressed if and clear the surface of the screen as you are applying the protector or seconds before. It sounds extreme but necessary for a perfect application.

I purchased this because I had one on a previous phone screen. Unfortunately I paired it with an Otter Box case this time and the double protection makes it difficult for touch screen to activate even on most sensitive setting. So this is great protection but don’t pair with Otter Box.

Very easy to put on and provides excellent protection

I had only had this for a few days when I dropped my phone on my foot and it bounced and hit the floor. It hit right on the corner immediately cracking it. I was leaving out of town and haven’t had the chance to get it replaced. Stoked about the life time warranty and that I didn’t crack my actual screen.

I don't have to worry, as much, about my screen now and they'll replace it (the protector) for me, when it needs it! All I need is the screen protector that needs replacing.

Protect your stuff. You spent the money buying it and potentially spend a few hundreds on it so why not protect your purchase. It works. I’ve dropped my phone so many times but this has protected it.

This is the best iPhone protector yet! I followed the instructions, easily numbered and labeled! By doing that, the protector went on the phone and there was no messing this up! There is a tray you place your iPhone in and that guaranteed the application of my protection screen!

If you buy this screen protector not only are you getting a quality item you get a warranty that states if the screen where to crack at any time you can go to any best buy and have it replaced. This will cost I believe 12 dollars, however it is a steal! I highly recommend purchasing this screen protector!

Glass on my cellphone stays safe and secure... I dropped my phone with the same protective covering on it - the protector looked all beat up and broke... When the old protector was removed to apply the new one - the actual cell phone glass remained totally intact! You can’t ask for anything better!!!

Good screen protector, no scratches. The first day I used it, I put my phone in my backpack in the front pocket and it was against a pencil. I guess there was too much pressure and it cracked the protector on the edge. Never went back to replace it & the crack never spread nor did I get new ones so there's a silver lining.

Chipped my screen saver edge and then a crack appeared - and grew. So glad I could have it removed and a new one applied. The new one has a lifetime guarantee and if it happens again, Best Buy will stand behind my purchase. Salesman was helpful and did the work in a short time. Thanks, Best Buy!
