First off this chair is very heavy. The box weighs 40 pounds or so. The chair is very well made. It has a metal brace on the bottom of the seat. If overweight like me this chair has the support! The arms raise and lower which is nice. But the seat is a little hard for me. ( hence 4 stars) It has very good support but I like my seats a little softer. I’ve put together many of these chairs and this is probably the best built one I ever seen! It’s heavy duty and will last a long time, I got it on sale. Try to get it on sale if you can. This chair was great at first. I reeived mine in July. By November the the vinyal seat was starting to Crack. By the end of December the whole seat was covered in cracks and fabric was exposed. Also around the same time i was unable to adjust the right arm rest. Now i have to go through the company to get a warrenty replacement who knows how long that will take.

Excellent quality chair, especially for the price. The leather is both attractive and high-quality in terms of how it sits, doesn't scratch easily or otherwise show wear after daily use. Breathes well and offers good support, even in longer gaming sessions, and is comfortable for a bigger person.

The wheel base is poor quality. I had to request replacement wheels and then one of the legs actually cracked. I'll need to weld it back together if I decide to continue using it.

Great chair for the price. Although we struggled to piece it together because of the way it was but other than that works great.

My husband was very happy with this chair. Took about an hour to assemble but works well and is very comfortable.

Ithis is my second one and I love them both I'm thinking of getting a third one highly recommended

Six months later and I think it is a good design but the manufacture did not place comfort anywhere in the top priorities. There isn't enough cushion on here.

Was on the phone to return it within 20 minutes of delivery..the harware( bolts) we pre installed on the chair and i had to remove them to put the chair together as per instructions(also wrong instructions came with). 2 of the bolts we so tight/crossthreaded i could not remove them to complete the build of the chair.

Xelent chair so far. I like the fact that you can recline to make it mire confortable for those long hours of ganing.
