It was okay, ended up retuning it for an office chair in staples, that is much more comfortable.

The Arozzi - Torretta Supersoft Upholstery Fabric Gaming Chair is a great option for anyone who spends a lot of time at their computer.
It’s a pretty big chair, so stop and think about your space before you make the investment. Assuming this is the right size for you, I think your going to love it.
It arrived in a pretty big box, and it’s fairly heavy, so if you have any back trouble, you might want to phone a friend to help you unpack it. It was well packaged with most of the materials being recyclable.
Assembly was surprisingly easy. I didn’t even use the instructions. Everything made sense and went together without any issues. The tool you need is included, along with some gloves to keep your hands clean while you assemble the chair.
The chair is very comfortable. The adjustable lumbar support is great, providing support where you need it. The casters are excellent and the chair glides around easily. The adjustable arms are great. I prefer to have my arms higher up, and these fit me perfectly. It is not a tension spring back. You can’t rock back and forth in it. You set the back angle where you want it, and it stays put. I love that feature. It takes all the pressure off my body trying to stay balanced at just the right angle.
The chair sits pretty high. The lowest position is about where I want it. If you like sitting really low to the floor, this probably isn’t what you are looking for. For me, it’s perfect. (BTW, I’m a good size guy and I’m about 5’10”) One thing to consider is the height of your desk. If you have a shorter style desk, this may not fit under your desk with the arm rests attached.
The only thing I don’t love is the head cushion. There is nothing wrong with it, I just like head pillows on my desk chairs. I’m sure it will be fine for most people.
I think this chair is a great choice for gamers, day traders, anyone who spends a lot of time in front of screens. It’s well built, easy to assemble, and, most importantly, very comfortable.

I've been using this Gaming Chair in Pure Black for several weeks now, and I can confidently say it's a game-changer. This chair is an absolute must-have for any serious gamer or anyone who spends long hours at a desk.
First off, the ergonomic design is outstanding. The high seat back, coupled with the lumbar and head pillows made from memory foam, provides exceptional support. I've noticed a significant reduction in my back and neck pain during extended gaming sessions.
The supersoft fabric is a perfect blend of comfort and durability. It feels incredibly soft to the touch, yet it's built to withstand daily wear and tear. The ISO-tested qualities, like tear growth resistance and tensile strength, give me confidence that this chair will last for years.
One of my favorite features is the adjustability. The gas lift supports up to 265 lbs and allows for easy height adjustments. The pro locking tilt mechanism and 3D armrests make it easy to find the perfect position for gaming or working.
The chair's durability is evident with its sturdy metal frame and aluminum wheelbase, which handle daily use effortlessly. Plus, the roomy and spacious design with breathable, fluid-repellent fabric adds an extra layer of comfort and convenience.
Overall, the this Gaming Chair is a fantastic investment. Its combination of comfort, durability, and adjustability makes it worth every penny. Highly recommended!

A computer chair is something you spend a lot of time in, so you want it to be comfortable, with the right features to help you maximize the time you spend in it. I recently replaced my previous gaming chair with this new Arozzi Torretta chair, and here are my thoughts on this chair.
Assembly: Arozzi deserves some kudos on their packaging and assembly experience. Everything is well protected and padded inside the sturdy cardboard box. Assembly instructions include step by drawings that do a good job of taking you through the process. A nice touch was the included hex key with rubber handle that was used for tightening all necessary screws. They even included a pair of white cotton gloves for those who don’t want to risk getting their hands dirty! One thing I found helpful was that all the screws came already in the places where they would ultimately be installed. This allowed me to know immediately that I wasn’t missing anything, and just needed to remove the screws and then reuse them to fasten the parts together. Assembly was intuitive and straightforward, and soon I had a fully assembled chair. My only gripe was the plastic covers on the sides of the chairs that are meant to cover the springs that provide the tension for leaning back. Although the covers are supposed to snap in place, they did not fit well. They still cover the springs, so it’s not a big deal.
Features: There’s a small list of features that any chair can provide, and the Torretta delivers. The base is solid, and the 5 caster wheels move smoothly and silently. The pneumatic piston raises and lowers the chair just like other chairs, using the lever under the seat. Pushing in this lever locks the chair in the upright position, preventing you from leaning back. Here’s where the Torretta has an additional feature not found in a lot of other gaming chairs. There’s an additional lever on the right side that allows you to change the angle of the back to the seat, ranging from fully upright to lying completely flat. This allows you to find the angle that is most comfortable for your back, and even to take a nap if necessary!
The arm rests feature a lot of available adjustments. They can be raised or lowered, moved forward and back and even angled side to side. With all these possibilities, it’s easy to find the right combination. There isn’t a lot of padding on the armrests, but they’re not meant to be under the elbow, so that shouldn’t matter.
Comfort: This is the most important quality of a chair, since you’ll be spending a lot of time in it. The Torretta is covered in a soft material like microfiber. This is a nice material, but it does tend to hold onto animal fur, so beware if you have furry pets. I’ll be interested to see how the fabric holds up over time, and my concern is that it’ll stain easily. However, I did drop some chocolate on the seat which melted. It was easy to wipe it off and I couldn’t tell it was ever there, so that was a good sign.
The Torretta has a nice amount of foam padding, but I wouldn’t call it a lot. It’s more than adequate now, but I would have preferred a little more padding. The chair comes with both a lumbar pillow and a headrest pillow, both of which can be strapped in place on the chair. These provide additional options for getting the chair exactly to your liking.
Leaning back in the chair is a little harder than I prefer, even when setting the tension dial to the lightest setting. Perhaps this will loosen up over time, but it’s something to be aware of. I found that the more time I spent in the chair, the more I liked it. I’ve been using it for all my time at the computer desk since I bought it.
Value: The Torretta is priced similarly to other chairs in this class. If you prefer fabric over PU leather, you’ll definitely prefer this chair. It has nice styling and features, and plentiful options for customizing the fit. But, I’ve seen competing gaming chairs at a local retailer that were actually more comfortable and cost hundreds less. Ultimately, you’ll have to decide whether the various finishing touches are worth the difference in price.
If you like a chair with a lot of padding, this is probably not the chair for you, but if you prefer a more moderate level of padding, then you’ll like the Torretta. I’m looking forward to seeing how it holds up over time.

Review for Arozzi - Torretta Supersoft Upholstery Fabric Gaming Chair - Pure Black
Pros:
Easy to assemble - under 20 minutes
Durable fabric
Soft, suede-like feel
Not too hot or too cool
Easy-to-use controls for height, recline, and rocking function
Three-way adjustable armrests
Cons:
Armrests are not padded, but they are still very comfortable
Lowest height setting may not be low enough for shorter people
Totally wrong instructions were included. (Use the QR code to watch the video or download the PDF of the correct instructions.)
I was very excited to get this chair both for gaming and computer work. It’s easy to assemble, given the correct instructions. I spent a little too much time searching for parts that claimed to be needed, but were actually already attached. My frustrations faded quickly when I realized what was wrong and scanning the QR code on the box took me directly to a VERY well done instructional video and also allowed me to download a PDF of the instructions. Actual assembly took only about 15 minutes.
I found this chair to be extremely comfortable for long periods of time. When gaming, the armrests have multiple adjustments that let you raise and lower the arms, slide them backwards and forwards, and swivel them in at an angle or parallel to each other. The swivel adjustment is great when you’re using a controller. The other two adjustments are good when you’re using a mouse. You can lower the arms below desktop height if you like to tuck into your desk, like me, when I’m editing video. The armrests are a firm material, not padded, but easy to get used to. I’ve had padded arms on my work chairs before and found that they wear out, split, and become uncomfortable. So, although this may be a drawback for some people, I prefer it.
The fabric on the chair is a synthetic leather, very close to suede (and, in fact, hard to tell from real leather). It’s neither too warm, nor too cool. It’s just the right amount of “grippiness” - not slippery like polished leather and not too sticky like some cloth materials. The seat adjustments let you easily change the height, recline, and even set the chair in “rocking mode.” My only complaint is the lowest height setting may not be low enough for shorter people. Although designed for adults, I can imagine any kid would love to game in this chair if it could go down a *little* lower.

This is a great chair with some assembly issues which I will address below. Overall the TL:DR version this chair is super comfy the material is what really sells it.
Comes in a big box for assembly as you might imagine. Here's where my issue arrives with the product, instructions tell you will need all these different kinds of screws and a phillips screwdriver. What was confusing is all the screws were already embedded in the chair so I spent a few minutes looking for a bag of screws that did not exist. The phillips screwdriver is not needed for anything either. It's like they made a generic how to for multiple models that didn't apply to this one.
Assembly is fairly simple except getting the top part of the chair onto the pedestal was a bit challenging for one person.
Overall its very adjustable with movable arms, gas lift and reclining seat. I did take one nosedive in the chair because i leaned forward to get something and the chair literally rolled out from under me so be careful. I am a bigger guy (250lbs) so that may have something to do with it but be careful.
Despite my misgivings above I am quite happy with the chair, when you get it inspect all the plastic parts to lookout for any broken pieces easy to happen in shipping.

The chair was easy to assemble and the directions were clear. As always, you'll want to be careful with the pneumatic cylinder to make sure it is aligned properly. The pillow/cushion adjustment took awhile to get it right for me, just because I don't generally use cushions, but I think I will like it, my back seems less sore/tired after prolonged sitting. I use the chair for gaming and for office work and having a comfortable seat is critical for me.
The upholstery feels, as the name implies, extremely soft to the touch. The cushions retain their form quite well after a long session in the seat, springing back pretty quickly to normal shape and form. The seat also doesn't get as warm as expected after a long sit. Adjustment of the cushions was easy and the adjustment of seat height and position was also easy to perform. The locking of the position seems very secure and I hope it stays that way over time.
Over all, easy to assemble and adjust, comfortable to use and stands up nicely to a long day/night of use.

Overall, there's a lot of improvements that could be made to this chair. It looks sleek and stealthy, the adjustable lumbar pillow with the suspender straps is a nice touch, and (important for a chair) it is decently comfortable. But there are a number of issues with it.
First, and it's a minor issue all things considered, is the instruction manual. Assuming all chair come packaged the same as mine, there will NOT be a little baggie full of hardware, so don't waste time digging around for it like I did. Everything was already threaded into the proper slots on the chair; you'll need to unscrew them and put them back to install the parts.
Construction of chairs is generally a breeze, and with this chair coming with the arms already attached, it should've been easier. But it wasn't. The back is shown to be an easy slide onto the base between two metal clamp arms (that the back will be bolted to). There was no easy slide. Aside from trying to do this with the chair resting on a single pole instead of flat, the metal braces seemed to be pinched toward center. I had to put most of my weight on the chair back to get it to slide in between the brackets, and then force the sides to line up with the holes for the bolts. The rest of the construction was easy.
As for the rest of it, the head pillow is nice, but doesn't properly move if you adjust the lean angle of the chair, so prepare for head to rest on metal. As for the lean, there is no free lean, which is a wild design choice. You need to pull the lever and lock in at different angles for each time like an old manual car seat. The base either isn't angled properly, the seat is placed at a bad location, or more likely based on comparative measurements, isn't wide enough, as every time I tried rolling the chair tilted to throw me out of it instead of rolling (don't worry, I noticed and no one was injured in the making of this review).
I've had more comfortable chairs for half the cost of this one, so I'd say shop around if this range is your budget, or save more for a better one.

Need For Swede

With more gaming chairs than ever saturating the market, standing out in the midrange segment becomes increasingly challenging. Brands resort to all kinds of advertising approaches and gimmicks to get attention, ranging from eSports sponsorships to RGB lighting. In a refreshing contrast to the manufactured hype, the Arozzi Torretta is simply a premium office and gaming chair with subdued flair, letting Italian-inspired design and material selection blend with robust build quality for a chair that stands on its merits rather than its marketing budget. In other words, it’s exactly what I expected from a Swedish company - no nonsense, just a good product.
Of important note - when it comes to comfort, chairs are a very subjective item to review. My impressions will likely vary from yours, and as such I highly recommend demoing this chair at your local Best Buy prior to purchase.
Also note that the Torretta comes in 3 material options - soft fabric, soft PU (leather), and supersoft upholstery. My impressions are for the “soft fabric” variant.
- Unboxing and Setup
The Toretta arrives in a lighter-than-expected package, weighing a little over half as much as other premium gaming chairs I’ve had. It’s still large and unwieldy, so a team lift is recommended. The individual components within are easy to manage and laid out well within the packaging, preventing damage.
The biggest surprise in store for assembling the Torretta is that the instructions don’t quite match the box contents, albeit in a good way. The instructions imply there are tools and small parts to locate, but scouring the box I couldn’t find them - because the chair comes partly pre-assembled! Every bolt is already in place where it will end up, making assembly a breeze and eliminating the guesswork. I would guess the instruction manual is a revision behind what’s shipping to customers. A high quality hex tool and white cotton gloves are provided for scuff-free assembly. Only a few connections between large sub-assemblies need to go together, and nearly all the preinstalled bolts hardly needed a quarter turn to tighten up fully.
In what’s a first for any chair I’ve ever seen, every bolt has a locking washer preinstalled. This is a fantastic idea that more manufacturers should embrace at this price point, as it both significantly firms up the rigidity of the connections between sub-assemblies, and extends the chair’s longevity by preventing excess wear from these connections moving around prior to re-tightening.
- Adjustability
The Torretta (which translates to “turret” in Italian, by the way) has a good amount of adjustment available, but it does lack slightly on the lumbar and headrest front, which are both simple pillow pads that have limited vertical adjustment range. Seatback angle is adjustable like a car seat’s, the arms can move in three dimensions, and the height adjustment is standard fare for any office chair. One thing to note here is that the chair’s piston and tilt mechanism are located further back than they would be on a common office chair - the Torretta is best balanced when the seatback is set at a recline. At full upright position the chair feels like it wants to tilt forward, though it was still comfortable and didn’t feel like it was going to tip over forward if I was being careless.
One demerit is that the arms don’t hold in position as firmly as I would like - it’s far too easy to move the arm out of its set position by accident when you’re just moving the chair. Height stays put easily enough.
- Comfort
Though the padding looks and feels thinner than some similarly-priced chairs, the Torretta’s padded suede seat is fantastic to sit in. The suede-covered chair is lovely to sit in in all but the warmest environments. The foam is forgiving enough to be comfortable in an extended gaming session, and the seat base is wide enough for my 38-inch waist that I have some room to spare. Your mileage may vary but this should be about as accommodating as the discontinued, older Torretta XL.
Once adjusted into a proper, upright, ergonomic sitting position (which only takes a few moments with all the adjustability on offer), the chair is wonderful to sit in for extended periods. I found myself shifting, moving, and readjusting myself far less often in the Torretta than in some office chairs I used previously. After several hours gaming I didn’t feel any discomfort or pain, and the suede fabric kept me in place and comfortable in an air-conditioned room. When the room got warmer I was concerned the suede could absorb some sweat, but the material feels like it will withstand a little moisture without getting gross. I would keep an eye on it all the same.
The chief comfort issue I have is the armrests. They are a very firm plastic that does not have a pleasant texture, and as a result they distract from what’s otherwise a very comfortable chair.
- Build Quality
Right off the bat I can tell this chair will last quite a while. The material selection and overall manufacturing quality are on point, and the preassembly was a nice bonus that implies Arozzi has confidence in their processes, by focusing on the build quality moreso than chasing down the smallest or cheapest package for shipping.
The assembled Torretta is a high quality chair overall. Though not as heavy and premium feeling as some other chairs in the space, it feels rigid once assembled, exhibits no creaks or obvious flex (unless you really force it on the arms), and the locking washers on all the bolts certainly makes for a strong chair. Time will tell how well the chair holds up, but at this stage the only obvious shortfall I have to note is the headrest and lumbar pillows, which are a different material fill from the chair and will most certainly flatten out over time. However, these are the easiest component of the chair to replace, and I’m sure a comparable substitute would be easily purchased or made down the road.
- Bottom Line
With just one or two things to nitpick, the Arozzi Torretta is a great chair overall. It’s comfortable, adjustable, very well built, and is wonderfully understated in a gaming setup. It’s also a good value within the segment, using higher quality materials than its competition and feels poised to outlast them as well. The Torretta comes highly recommended!

Having to assemble a chair sounded really intimidating. I've not had good experiences in the past. After unboxing this chair, I didn't see the instruction manual... but worry not, it was included in the bag with the chair back. After flipping through the manual, it became obvious that this was a Swedish company that has created this chair. If you're not familiar with what other Swedish furniture manufacturers are like... the assembly instructions are all pictograms, with no actual words describing assembly.
I did find some of the images somewhat humorous (particularly the warnings). The assembly instructions were generally pretty straightforward, and I was able to assemble the chair within 30 minutes, without any frustration. The instructions do seem to be for two different model chairs, so a couple of the instructions didn't apply to this chair (attaching the arms, and the trim pieces). They include a rather nice hex wrench which is the only tool you need. They also include a pair of white gloves, which I found to be a bit small, and thin. I didn't use them. The trim pieces that cover the support and recline hardware between the seat bottom and back are a pair of plastic pieces... one piece just kind of loosely snaps into place, and the other magnetically attaches. They can easily be knocked off. I wish the attached more securely.
The fabric of the chair is a soft microfiber. I would describe the support as "firm", but not unforgiving. It's perfectly comfortable, though I typically prefer my chairs to be a bit more "plush". The seat bottom has exposed elastic bands at the bottom to provide some of the springiness and support. If you feel the back of the chairback, you can also feel the elastic bands in the back providing support.
The chair can rock back, but can only be locked in the unrocked position. The seatback can be leaned back, with a lever to the right, and locked into position by releasing the lever. You can lean almost completely back... so be careful you don't flip backwards!
The head pillow and lumbar pillow are a very soft and plush memory-foam. I found the lumbar support pillow to be a bit larger than I'd like, so I took it off. But I can see myself putting it back on if my back is having a bad day.
Overall, I'm very happy with this chair, I only wish I could lock it in position when rocking back.
