My internet was running slow and i was tired of using Comcast modem, which this was cost effective and great speed booster for home coverage.

Good, inexpensive modem, works with all providers, saves you $15 a month equipment rent fee.

Really good modem , better than the ones your internet Service Provider that provides. I Avoid fees by purchasing this modem and it works great.

i dont know anything about routers but this one is getting the job done. Have not experienced any problems and i been getting fast internet with 10 devices connected.

Had to get Suddenlink internet when I moved, which called for a new modem. Picked this one up because it was more than what I needed. Has been working great so far.

I have a rated speed of 200MB/s and commonly get over 300MB/s. So many channels on this thing the cable company cant stop me! :) Great modem at a pretty good price.

It was very easy to set up this cable modem. I wish Comcast would try to sell you more stuff when you call them to add the modem to your account.

Decided to buy a modem rather than continue renting from the cable company. It was easy to set up and install. Only hiccup was it did not work with my old router so I had to buy a new one of those, too. Still will save money over the long term.

Cable company came out and said the modem was bad because it wasn't bonded. I was unlucky to get a DOA but Best Buy exchanged it without question. Fastest modem out!

Works great on Spectrum cable internet service. Using it long with a Linksys AC5400 has had a noticable differance in streaming. No more buffering. Stable speed test.

Arris modems work perfectly with Cox for internet. No issues unless there is an issue with the service provider.

My old modem was giving me problems and I was being charged every month by my cable company for theirs. It was great to have a working modem and not be charged monthly.

I bought the modem in anticipation of internet speeds to come so probably overkill for what is out there now but the modem works great. I have not had any issues so far.

This newer type of modem (DOCSIS 3.1) was required to get full internet speeds you pay for! Has no telephone ports, just the cable line In and the internet port Out.
