I can clean my window seals, widows, barbeque grill, Iron my clothes. clean my floors and furniture.

It does do its job its ok it helps alot with the liquids spilled it usually takes stsins away its for simple cleaning I guess you can say.

Love this as a hand held steamer more than anything else. Haven't use other attachments yet. So so on carpets

I purchased the item online and picked up at store. Got home and opened the box, pieces were missing. Item was returned to store.

I enjoy the use of this mop over the first H2O steam mop I had.

I was pleasantly surprised and favorably impressed. It was easy to assemble and easy to use. I haven't put it to a full test yet, but I couldn't believe how dirty the pad was the first time I used it on my wood floors in the kitchen. I've also used it as a handheld in the shower and toilet, also did a good job. I purchased a plastic box with a snap on lid for all of the attachments, otherwise it would be too easy to lose or misplace them

Although, it’s primary use is for cleaning floors, that’s the one thing it doesn’t do very well. The commercial makes it seems like floors are restored to new. Not so. If you have old floors they will not get much cleaner with this than if you used a mop and a bucket. And when i used the attachment for my carpet, I didn’t really notice the stains dissappearing as much as i noticed a stiffening of my carpet in that area. But all the accessories are great for other household uses. It’s great in the bathroom for cleaning the sink, tub and toilet. It’s also pretty good at cleaning windows and mirrors. It’s not the best steamer for clothes. But then again, i might have had the steam up too high. My shirt just needed up wet. I’m still pleased with it and keep coming up with new uses for it.

Very inconvenient. Even though it's not real heavy, trying to hold the body of the unit with one hand and clean windows with the wand in the other hand is very awkward - almost impossible. Cleaned tile floor o.k., but not grout. Didn't clean dark ring around drain in sink even with the brush attachment.. Looked great on T.V., but didn't work nearly that well.

Have only used it a couple of times and am completely satisified.

I had original H2O mop for years it finally just stopped steaming. loved it so much when it needed to be replaced I purchased the same one, but a little disappointed when I put it together. when you push it across the floor the handle and pole bend. But glad to see they made the wire longer.

I have white tile floors, cleans and sanitizes with no chemicals....beats ringing out the mop every 2 mins

* tv offer is not what is offered on the phone or online *absolutely no way to speak to a human *tried to return; they made it impossible to jump thru all the hoops in order to return

I read a lot of reviews for this product and steam mops in general. The reviews were mixed for this model. I tried it because Best Buy would allow me to return the mop if not satisfied. The construction is too flimsy even at this price. So if you are reading reviews and having a hard time deciding - SKIP this steam mop.

works great, cleans grout in shower area; steams your tile floors clean; very easy to use
