Great game with awsome story line and stunning graphics

It was great game, but it had too many eavesdrop missions and way too much sailing (I know I'm contradicting myself).

Assassin's creed IV: Black Flag marks an excellent addition to the Assassin's Creed franchise. Although the gameplay is superior on the PS4 the PS3 version is excellent. If you enjoy the Assassin's Creed franchise and naval action this game is for you.

For fans of the franchise, this game will be much loved as it is clearly better than it's predecessor by leaps and bounds. For new players, the pirate setting will definitely grasp you and reel you in. This game is an absolute blast! However, I recommend getting it on the Playstation 4 instead of the Playstation 3.

Assassins creed did it again with another great game. Its easy to pick up if your new to the series only down side is the secondary plot line that may be confusing. Definitely. recommended starting from the first game and playing in order but the main story you can just jump into. Definitely recommen this game.

I love the whole assassins creed series. The different attack technics and maneuvering throughout the game. I wasn't excited about the whole pirate theme of black flag, but once I got into the game...I love it. I like the story behind all of these games in the series. I think that's what hooks me to it the most.

Bought this game for the PS3 on Black Friday sale. It was good on the PS3. Paid $9.99 for the PS4 version and have not bee disappointed yet. Great Graphics on the PS4. Have nothing bad to say about the game. I know a lot of people do not expect a 63 year old gamer, but I'm retired and it's winter. GAME ON.......

The shark and whale fishing are realistic and challenging, but still fun. Great for young teens and adults.

I have to base this review solely on my teen son's opinions as it was a gift for him. He loves the graphics and says that the game is great - good storyline and while the game is not super easy it is not difficult to learn how to play the game.

I've played Assassin's Creed 1, 2, Brotherhood, and Revelations. I was looking forward to the pirate theme and next chapter of the series. For some reason, gameplay felt clunky and not as tight as I remember from earlier in the series. It seemed too to be "more of the same" as far as story; I'm probably halfway through the game and put the game aside for others. Maybe the PS4 version is better than the PS3.

Pirates pirates pirates. Is the life for me, this is an assassins creed based around the pirate setting. Mixture of sailing and assissanation and plain sword swahbuckling mixed with many collectable missions and other flavors. Only played a short portn of it but is definitely a fun title.

If you are a fan of the series, then you will love this game. I really like that the last two games have taken the storyline in a different direction. Controls are the same as previous AC games, so you can jump right in and just play. Bestbuy has it for $29.99, so it's a no-brainer purchase.

Always like the Assassin's Creed games. This game brings it all with sailing the ocean while maintaining all the things gamers love about the games. A lot of action with more content to eventually be released. I would recommend.

I didn't think they would be able to match any of the other AC games, but they didn't disappoint me again! So much fun! Storyline is great! Running in free mode is unreal as well! How much more stuff can I blow up? It's great!

Great installment of the Assassins Creed series. Very easy to pick up and play, but very hard to put down. I found myself always playing that "one last level and then I will put it down". Not designed for the quick game sessions, but more of 30 mins at a time because each level is a mini episode where the story unfolds.

I picked this game up. I was told that it was good. Played it Turned out it was the best game, I've played that year since then played all the Assassin Creed games by far this one was the best in my opinion.

Very fun game that has a lot of historical events. It's like getting a history lesson but in a much more fun way. The graphics are clear, and very detailed. Almost movie like. This game by far as the best game of all the Assassins Creed games they have made, and that I have played.

Like most of the other reviews I must also say that this is an awesome game. It was my first experience with the series and so far I am really enjoying the gameplay and storyline. If you are on the fence try it out otherwise you will just be missing out on a bunch of fun.
