    Amazing filler, little value.

Revelations marks a great entry to the Assassin's Creed series. The same quality is there (and some would say has been improved) that the first three games delivered so well. But beyond delivering the same great experience, that's about where Revelations ends. It would be unfair to say it brings NOTHING new to the table, since that isn't true at all. But besides some polish and general new mechanics (Hookblade, Den Defense, new MP modes and tweaks, etc.), it is obviously just filler and a cash-in before AC3. The main bulk of the story (without spoiling anything) just alludes to an ending that has been foreseen since the end of AC2, and seems to just be an excuse for the no more than 30 minutes (literally) of actual important story. Regardless of the direction, the content and delivery of the story is amazing as always. There's never a dull moment in the Constantinople storyline, and they tie in certain missions directly with the Multiplayer in an interesting - yet generic - fashion. The voice acting seems to have improved even more on top of Brotherhood, which was good in it's own. Graphics seem to be exactly the same, with both major and minor changes to the UI. Mutliplayer seems to have taken a good turn for the franchise. They took all of the good aspects of it from Brotherhood, ripped out all of the nonsensical and frustrating parts (i.e. being able to rush-stun your pursuers head-on), and added some cool new elements, game modes, and customization options. In short (or tl;dr), Revelations is a solid game for the Assassin's Creed franchise, and a must-have for hardcore fans of the past games, but offers nothing much in terms of establishing story or innovation. It's not surprising with the annual model Ubisoft seems to have picked up from Activision, though. Even with six studios working on it for a year, the end product ended up being a little messy, albeit still fun.

Graphics are top notch, story is written in a format that immerses you and pulls you into the game world. The soundtrack is amazing and by itself would be something worth 5 stars. the beta for this was challenging in normal mode and seems to be just hard enough that it's fun but not frustrating. Honestly I think they took all of the mistakes from the past and just removed those problems completely. Truly a well rounded adventure that you will not soon forget.

I love playing this game and I haven't stop playing it. I like the hook blade and the bomb crafting. Compared to brotherhood there is much more detail in the design. The online gaming has more choices and many more abilities than the last game. The only thing from making this game a perfect score is defending the den. It feels just like tower defense and it just annoys me that it pops out of nowhere on my map either finishing a mission or recruiting. Besides that, the game is an assassin's paradise game.

I have been a fan of this series since the first AC game. They have evolved it with each release. This is a great addition and way to end the storyline for two of the main characters. I love all the side missions and task that can be done outside of the main storyline. I can't wait for AC 3 to come out next year. Cheers

The game was fun to play and I did like the extension to the story from Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood. I did like most of the newly added features like the things added to the Assassin Guilds and a few of the activities. I also like the way they connected it to the original Assassin's Creed. Some parts of the game felt repetitive from the last few games.

    Great for multiplayer, I'm sure!

The single player of AC3 is mediocre, the story is good enough to hold your attention but the attention is clearly on the multiplayer. Save for brotherhood, no other assassins creed has had multiplayer achievements, which btw, I feel are terrible based on the fact that not everyone has, or wants to play, assassins creed multiplayer. Penalty, thy name is assassins creed 3. However, the single player is intriguing if not a bit annoying based on the secondary objectives required to achieve 100% sync. I like to assassinate the targets, but I hate having to do it however the computer decides is right. Let me have the freedom to do somebody however I see fit, not based on what you can come up with as being "correct". In the game, I am playing a master assassin right? Well why not trust a "master assassin" to do wat they need to do and not put stipulations on the missions. Other then that, the game is solid. I just hate to be micromanaged by some that shouldn't be in the game in the first place. 4 out of 5 Ubisoft. Nice try, more freedom next time.

The Storyline is perfect and not to short or to long. The game play is fun and alittle time consuming but, worth it. Lot's of side missions to do w/ perks. The brotherhood features of recruting new assasins is more functional and interactive then the previous version.

This game is the best in the Assassin's Creed series. The addition of the Hook Blade allows the use of the zip lines that are scattered around the city.
