Loose disc…. Third time in less than two months Best Buy has blessed me with this. All on launch day too. Just pathetic.

I placed an online order for Astro Bot for PS5. I received a SEALED copy of Astro Bot and when I opened it there was a blank CD-R inside instead of the game! I immediately reached out to Best Buy customer support, explained what had happened and they instructed me to go through the return process via shipping the item back. I shipped the item back only to have it sent back to me a few days later with a letter stating they cannot accept the return because it was a blank CD-R inside and not the Astro Bot disc. I will not be using Best Buy for future purchases. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

So, I was expecting this game for a birthday gift, but the box arrived all broken. I was really disappointed when I opened it and found that the gift was damaged.

I love a good platformer and Astro Bot is brilliant! Graphically, it looks stunning on my LG OLED. The game can get challenging at times but never overly so, as you are introduced to the new abilities at a nice pace. This is right up there with Nintendo’s best platformers.

Hallrac rated 1 star due to an issue with the Best Buy store, NOT an issue with the product itself. Clearly this person is obviously mentally deficient and does not understand the point of or how to use rating systems properly. If you can't do it right, don't do it at all. I rated 5 stars just to cancel the other rating.
