Wow! What a great game. I mean. I really think this could be the Sony PlayStation 5's game of the Year. My son and I love astrobot and the previous game so we had to get this. It did not disappoint. The graphics are beautiful. The gameplay is so much fun. The worlds are fantastic. Soundtrack is so catchy. The controls are spot on. Love all the cameos and you know. Got to love. Love Sony on this one. Great job!

This is a great game, super fun capable of using the full PS5 controller capabilities. Perfect for kids and adults. Awesome visuals. I play the demo and I loved it. For a long time it was my only PS5 game. Give it a try you won’t regret.

I wasn't really sure if I needed a full Astro Bot game, or maybe not right at release day. But I ended up getting this and I'm glad I did. I just played about 4 hours straight which is extremely rare for me these days, I seem to be losing interest in gaming and then the games I do try usually don't keep my interest. They did a great job with this. I am tired of the super difficult trend in gaming, this is a great game to relax with. Still some challenge finding everything to 100% the levels, and I am starting to encounter some mini/secret levels that take a handful of tries, but it is fun the entire time. The music is incredible. The different worlds and themes so far have been great. My expectations for this were totally too low. Can't wait to play more.

An absolute delight to play. We need more games that focus on fun and ingenuity instead of resolution and game length. Astro Bot delivers and then some. A beautiful game with clever level designs, varied gameplay, and a sense of joy throughout. I rarely write a review for anything, but as a lifelong gamer, I want to support this game and developer (Team ASOBI) any way I can.

This game is a great adventure platform game that is fun to play with your family. This game is still fun to play alone alone. Unfortunately it is not a co-op game, but we just rotate who plays a level and its easy enough for anyone to beat.

Astro is pure old-school, platforming, cartoon joy. It’s absolute FUN. The gameplay is gold (huge grin from start to finish). It’s beyond gorgeous (way more impressive than photo-realism). It looks like a Dreamworks/Pixar-style movie. The music is infectious. They don’t make ‘em like this anymore. We need more of this..

One of the best games out for the PS5. Yes the game looks stunning but it’s all about the gameplay and it’s loads of fun. The controls are very innovative and the dual sense allows you to feel every surface and takes advantage of motion, sound and pressure sensitive triggers in ways I wish other games would do. A must buy for the PS5.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time playing Astro Bot, as it reminded me of gaming in my youth. You can tell the developers poured a lot of passion into this project, and numerous references to Playstation history was a nice touch. The game looks great and the controls are very responsive, which is a must for a platformer. Can't recommend enough!!

Bought it after it won GOTY to see why it won. This game made me feel like a kid again! Really fun platforming, unique level designs, cute characters, great gameplay overrall. Really fun for any age. Totally deserved to win, it was a great experience.

Astro Bot getting a standalone title is well deserved. The game play is smooth, and level design is well thought out. Playing this game after experiencing astros playroom has been a great experience and could be a contender for game of the year. The puzzles are challenging and get progressively harder throughout game play.

One of the best kids game that my kids love to play looks great and really easy to play too

It's been a long time since I've played a game this good. This is one of the best games I've ever played and it's got so many adorable moments and characters. It's super well polished, extremely fun, and the music slaps! Absolutely recommend this game to anyone of all ages and I hope it comes to PC someday - 10/10

Astro's Playroom comes with the PS5 and was an incredible game that showcases the system's graphics and controller's haptics. I had a feeling official Astro Bot release would be better with more action. I was right and more! As soon as I started the game, it was non-stop action, surprises and laughter. The game has a been major hit for our family and visitors. Astro Bot really set the video game standards high and is my favorite on PS5 or probably any system.

The most joyful game I’ve played in years. Ultra polished from top to bottom. Especially for Sony fans, tons of fan service. Difficulty is just right with some optional stuff that’s a little tougher. Overall, I loved my time with Astro Bot and looking forward to see what’s next!

Absolutely magical experience that harkens back to the couple of decades of genre-defining IP native to the PlayStation brand and back catalog. Without a doubt, the best 3D platformer released in the past decade!

Awesome platformer. My daughter played astros playground and loved it. Got this for her and she played it a lot. Absolutely worth the price.
