Way over priced for what it is. My 80$ turtle beach’s are way better

Not sure on overall quality, but the one I received was faulty.

We purchased these for a our daughter who is 17 year says old. She literally used them one time. When she went to take off her head the plastic cracked in half. Took to Best Buy and they will do absolutely nothing because we didn’t buy their warranty. Bought 2 weeks ago and used once!!!

Day one, bad M80 mix amp. Contacted Astro and got the run around for a week. Taking them back tomorrow

Best headset I’ve ever owned. Mix Amp started going out on me, so I contacted customer support and got a brand new one sent to me for free, very easily.

If you are not using Astro’s then you are not a real gamer. These are the best because when it’s 1v4 in search and destroy in call of duty and your friends won’t stop talking in the party you can turn them down to 0 and game to 100 then volume to 100 and even hear the guy typing and opening the brief case

This headset works perfectly on Xbox and has amazing sound, although it did not come with an adapter for pc so I had to buy a pc adapter. I would also like to mention that buying a high enough quality adapter for this headset is very hard and expensive.

All of astro’s headset products are all the same, they work perfectly with sound and quality. But when it comes to the cords and wires they don’t deliver what they promise and stand in the way of making it a 5 out of 5 stars. I’ve gotten a warrenty on them and have to renew it every 1-2 years because the wires. The problem is that if you bend them a little bit even if it’s by accident they will completely cut out, and they can easily break, and good thing they come with a backup. But the backup didn’t even last me a week. I don’t know if it’s just me who is having the problems, but just be aware and take good care.

I used this headset for the last year and recently the connection between mic and the headset is starting to go out. I wouldn't be concerned if my friend who encouraged me to get the headset didn't have the exact same problem. Until this issue I really liked the headset. It was working great in both my xbox one and pc. Sound is fine the mic sound quality was fine. But now for people to hear me I have to fuss around with the mic until it has a sold connection again. $150 isn't a lot for a headset and I got over a year out of it, but for someone who feels like they are making a larger investment be warned you might want to look into other brands.

the wire is hardwired into the controller module and it is cheaply made. So if you dont wan't to use the headphones, you will still have a wire connected unless you take off the sound controller, you can't replace the wire down the road if it goes bad or shorts. P.S. 2 months later, the wire is bad. Am reaching out to company under warranty, but not too hopeful at this point. There are better options for the price.
