Excellent value for the money, could not be happier. Purchased another ASUS (this one) on 11/30/19 for another grandchild, but had to return it to customer service. A real lemon! Unable to set-up or log-on to any program, had power but zero U.S connectability. Also not the color I requested. Made a replacement ASUS purchase on 12/31/19 for my grandchild ....much better. Still not happy with the technology nor the color. Will not purchase another ASUS.

Was great until stopped working

It ran for about 3 months the stopped powering up. I used a voltmeter to check the charger and the charger worked but the laptops battery light stays on and when I try to power it up the screen stays black with the power light and battery light on. It only cuts off if I hold the power button down for 30 sec. I purchased a warranty, but Geek Squad wanted to charge me $99 to have a technician look at it. I understand I can't go to the store to have it repaired due to the corona virus, but I need to finish my online classes to graduate this summer. At least I can return the laptop and hopefully get another in time for my college course.

Great laptop, great price

My needs are simple and this covers them wonderfully well. The mouse sticks occasionally, but certainly not a deal breaker.

The wheel kept spinning, and spinning and spinning. Returned this defective product and was foolish to purchase another ASUS. Terrible mistake! Very, very slow to connect.... that darn wheel. When it did connect, poor quality in every aspect. Returned it, will never purchase another. Best Buy Customer Service associates were very helpful. I had purchased it for my grandchild....her Christmas was ruined.
