I bought it two weeks ago, It is my second ASUS laptop, the first one is a web application development station, great but this one even that is very cheap is increadebly good , I use it as a mobile work station to make my trades of stock and cryptos. the battery would last the whole day , it is very quick and the browsing capabilities are the best. I have not use chrome because with its operative system the microsoft browser works good. I have no need to upgrade any component, as is it is a marvelous device. I recommend it 100%

I wanted a smaller computer to use at work, to take to meetings and then on our shop floor when needed. I thought about getting a chrome book, but one of the features of a laptop and that is when I found this at Best Buy. It is perfect for what I wanted to do at work and have had three other people buy them, because they love the size and surprisingly good power for such a little laptop. The bonus is that the touch pad has a full number pad on it.
It took a little bit of getting used to, but I am always crunching a lot of numbers and this makes it a little bit easier. It definitely was worth the price and I am really glad that I found it.

It's tiny, which makes it good for travel. My husband uses just for email since he prefers having a mouse and somewhat larger screen compared to his phone.

First thing I did was make an image of the internal eMMC drive. Then I installed Ubuntu.
This machine works times faster when running Linux as Windows easily eats 3 out of 4 GB of RAM. You also get faster boot speeds and apps simply work better.
The Celeron CPU is very basic, but as a programmer, I can write scripts on it easily and connect to my other machines remotely.
For the $100 it costed, it is a sure and worth buy for me.
P. S. You can install an NVME drive. I'm using a Samsung 980 in it.

Purchased this to prepare GPS routes with Garmin Basecamp and download to Garmin Zumo. Also to view dashcam video. Garmin maps take quite a bit of room so 64 GB of SSD almost filled. Thanks for internal expansion slot I will be able to change to 512 GB intermal storage. Computer is fast enough to show videos and small enough to easily carry on motorcycle during extended travel. The touchpad with incorporated number pad is excellent.

WOW.. OMG - I thought I was getting a good laptop, it's better than the reviews.. Fast free shipping by BBuy - got in 1 day vs. stated 3 (saved on gas to store..). It's smaller and lighter than my MacBook Pro (yet is almost as fast), some nice surprise with number keyboard on trackpad, nice keyboard touch, the lay flat is another nice feature, Overall very pleased with the purchase - thanks BestBuy!

It is a nice portable small laptop. The hinge is great because it opens the computer 180 degrees. The trackpad is large enough and it is great that you can also use it as a numeric keypad. The screen is bright enough to use indoors. Battery life is pretty good, it will give about 6 hours of use. It comes with only 4GB of RAM, which is not upgradable, but is adequate enough to use for web browsing and having 2 or 3 tabs open on your web browser. It is not that fast, it is OK for web browsing, video streaming services and music streaming services. You can do some light office work with Microsoft Office, although it will take some time for the apps to open. The speakers are loud enough. The keyboard has a nice feeling to it. One of the things that I did not like is the fact that Asus removed the Micro SD card slot that olders models used to have. This slot was convinient when you wanted to have extra storage.

Gets the job done, not the quickest good battery life, does have a m.2 slot for upgradable storage, no upgradeable ram. It is a little picky on what you put in it. Trial/error which one may work. Would recommend a older laptop with a i3 and up tends to choke on multitasking even a core 2 duo would be a better choice.

This laptop has been worth the sale price. It has good battery life, a surprisingly good keyboard and trackpad, and the storage can be upgraded with an NVME drive easily. 4GB of memory is just enough for browsing the web with Windows so if you need to do more than that, I’d get another laptop. I was able to install Ubuntu Linux without any difficulty and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth worked without any trouble. I use this for ham radio apps and I wish it could charge with 12v but the battery lasts a few hours so not a deal breaker.

It’s a nice small laptop. Been using this for quite a few months now. Please make no mistake it’s not the most powerful or fastest. But for a carry around backup and even primary to use for internet basic functions it’s perfect. I love the feature to where it has a keypad. Needing a backup portable laptop and didn’t want to spend a lot. I picked this up and it’s been a dream ever since. I would recommend this for anyone who needs a secondary laptop.
