We had an old lap top loose a hard drive and putting a new one in would cost more than it was worth. This was an open box purchase and the new laptop works great!

My wife is not "computer friendly." She's more of a people person, and somewhat intimidated by technology. However, she quickly adapted to using her new laptop. She doesn't need lots of power or storage space, just a reliable basic laptop. That's this one.

Laptop is best for the Price. I have bought for my brother who is doing is 8th grade. Best for the Students. Laptop has all the features similar to a $400 Laptop

Nice laptop for the price. Great for email and internet searches. Will play many games but is not the fastest for that! I use it daily and it serves my purpose.

This PC is a great PC for a beginner. We purchased for our daughter who uses google docs for school and does not need all of the software programs, but needs to use the web and mail. This PC works perfect for he. Would recommend this purchasing this unit.

Great laptop. Bought first one which did not work correctly. Best Buy refunded no problem. Got another one cheaper at Best Buy and it works great. No Problems.

This computer may not be the fastest or have the most bells and whistles but the price is hard to top. For basic everyday uses it is more than up to the task.

Bought this laptop for $139 on black friday. It has an awesome screen resolution and pretty fast for such a cheap laptop. So far have had no problems at all.

Good laptop for basic use. Do not expect it to run multiple applications simultaneously. Sometimes, even 2 to 3 browser windows also slows down the PC. If your usage is only browser, not a bad idea.

This was a great buy for my 9 year old daughter. Great price, easy to use and just all around good for what she uses it for (games, pictures, internet etc.)

Great Laptop! The price was unbeatable since I got the refurbished around 150 plus tax. So just for that alone it's awesome. It works well if you only need to surf the web or do school work. If you want to play games or download alot of programs buy another laptop that meets those expectations.

I purchased this for my daughter for Christmas and she loves it! It runs well and the processor is good enough to play Sims 4. We're still trying to get use to using Windows 10.
