I purchased this for my 12 year old step daughter. Great for Internet, streaming video and she even plays computer games she's downloaded. Great basic laptop.

Feels cheap, video was a bit sketchy so we treaded lightly. A bit slow on processing but should suffice for cloud apps like Google drive. I'd bet on it failing sooner than later but hey it was cheap.

My daughter lost her phone right after she got her laptop and as a teenager it was devastating....thanks Best Buy for saving her social life with her laptop.

The asus laptop is versatile convertible-hybrid laptop with a sturdy design and solid port options. I prefer to use as my extra entertainment tool.

I was rather skeptical about purchasing a laptop from a brand that I wasn't familiar with. In the end it came with the CD drive I wanted unlike all the newer computers don't come with anymore.

I don't recommend open box because I had to get another one due to the hard drive was shot, but was replaced with a brand new one. No problems so far.

This product was a gift..The recipient loves it...It is light weight...with 4g of ram and 500 g of hard drive it was the perfect product for the price

The only problem we have with this computer is connecting to the internet but that may be a router issue.
