A better laptop that you can get for very less price

Amazing, still using for gaming and work! This is the backbone of all of our computing/shopping work!

Big disappointment with this laptop. I have owned several Celeron machines in the past, and they always delivered adequate computing. NOT THIS ONE. I am not sure if it's due to Windows 10, but everything runs terribly slow and choppy on this unit. I wouldn't give this to my worst enemy. I have no choice but to return it. On the positive side, the unit looks nice & the build quality is decent.

so far the laptop has performed beyond my expectations considering the price.

Bought this laptop a week ago and everything worked fine but within a day when trying to watch netflix movies the video would freeze but the sound would continue. Then the screen would go black and click back on and I would get a notification that the display driver had stopped working and had been repaired. These problem continue to happen so I will bring the laptop back to see if BestBuy can correct the problem if than I will be returning it.

I bought this laptop for my mom on Thanksgiving at a dirt cheap price. It does regular day to day tasks pretty well. Surfing the web, watching movies, etc. But anything more than that is a bit pain. If you open multiple tabs in a browser or open few applications all at a time, you will experience the lag between switching the apps. Other than that, it's good for everyday light use.

I got mine for $139 and it's not even worth that. It runs very slow and crashes it's own apps. Maybe mine is just bad but I have had it a few hours and it hardly works. Takes too long to turn on. I waited in line 11 hours for garbage.

Bought this on black Friday for an awesome price but after I opened it I found out why it so cheap.. this laptop is so slow! It also doesn't have a backlight for the keyboard at night... might return this ASAP

Came with MALWARE already on it..brand new out of the box..Very very SLOW...the left/right buttons click very loud..and the speakers sound warped..returning this LEMON after 2 days of purchase!

I got this laptop on black Friday and as soon as I started using it I was very disappointed with both how slow it was and the fact that it couldn't even play a YouTube video in 720p.

I purchased for my son for Christmas. One month later the keys have quit working in the middle section of the keyboard. Best Buy won't stand behind the sale, told me that the return time was 15 days and I have to go through the manufacturer. I called ASUS and they hung up twice before I could get help. Then they refused to give me a shipping label to send in for repairs. He just kept saying I didn't qualify. Will never buy another ASUS. I am very disappointed in Best Buy.

The technology which makes up the motherboard, memory, etc. is fine for most users. However, the low cost of this unit shows up in the build of the unit. The entire unit is self contained. No external battery, memory door, hard drive access. The rear of the chassis must be removed in order to access anything. This act will invariably disconnect cables for the keyboard and mouse which breaks them. The keyboard didn't seat correctly either. So it bowed up in the middle. In all not a great product. There are other models for a little more that work great.
