I personally like the laptop as it is, but the speed is sometimes pretty slow.

I bought this computer for a family member for Xmas, and she loves it. She mainly uses for things like email, internet, stuff like that. The only drawback is, sometimes she can't get it to turn off when she tries to turn it off. I think it might be getting hot and acting screwy. Otherwise, no complaints.

My son is having no problems with his new lap time. Should have bought two!!!

Price was the driving factor and this Asus fit all the requirements that I was searching for while doing online search. It was a gift and the person who received was thrilled with its versatility.

Purchased this computer for my mother who was wanting a lap top, I needed to find her one that while was easy to use still had the power and ram to get her through her online schooling for her BSN. It's a great little computer that works as it should, it's nothing fancy but at the same time feels better built than a HP or Acer at the same price. My husband also purchased one for his daughter it's just a simple but well built computer for every day use for all age groups, great for high school and college students who are just writing papers and homework and great for older people as I find ASUS didn't have as much floatware to uninstall as the competitors have.

I purchased this laptop as a gift for my spouse. The laptop lagged while surfing the web and watching video on youtube. I ended up exchanged it for a different model laptop that had an i3 processor. It worked fine for basic word processing, just couldn't handle more demanding video streaming.

it is little heavy, but a goof price. we got this for our kids uses.

Solid, reliable Windows 10 PC. Was easy to setup and get online, 500 GB hard drive will hold all my pictures and music easily. 2 USB plus a DVD drive make it easy to add a wireless mouse and still be able to sync my phone to my computer.

I bought this on black Friday for my 6-year old son because it was under $200. What a great deal!! He plays his minecraft on it, reads books and does all his educational programs on it. It is so fast and easy to use- even for me :-)
