Bought for my 14 yr. old

A bit slow, but functional.

If not for Windows 8, it would probably function a lot better. Perhaps with the addition of Windows 10 it will clear up some of the lag times when booting and running programs. Overall, it seems to work pretty well though.

Nice laptop for the price.

Asus does not acknowledge the serial number. Will have to call them to fix this problem. Other than that, I am pleased to have purchased it. I will see if it lasts as long as my Asus netbook that is going on its fourth year !

Great for simple task.

It does a pretty good job with email and general surfing the web or google look up. But if you really need an office machine on the road best to step up a few steps. Just my real honest opinion.
