So far, so good. Enjoying the laptop. System has a a really good battery life. I've gotten about 6.5 hours! Much lighter than my previous laptop, which was about 7 PDS. Gonna put some stress tests on it soon to see if it can take it :).

The computer was easy to set-up out of the box. It runs fast and will do everything you need a computer to do. So far, its been a great buy.

Overall a really good first computer for a pre-teen/young teen for browsing the internet, research for homework and online games. Not fancy or a lot of bells & whistles but couldn't beat the price for this laptop. (bought with $50 off sale coupon)

Bought this computer since it had a bigger screen than the smaller 10 in. netbook, I had. Works great so far. Good quality for the price.

I bought this laptop as a gift for my husband. He uses a computer to check email & surf the Web only so it is a great machine for him.

I purchased this laptop for my 9 year old for gaming and for school use. So far so good. It does the work. She uses it for researching and online gaming (animal jam, school website games, etc.).

For the price I paid for this light-weight machine it is a great value. It can do all the basic internet and word processing spreadsheet kind of things very well. I have not tried to do much more than that as I am certain it would not be able to handle a graphics, photo or video editing software.

My son is a senior in high school & he wanted & needed a personal computer. As a single parent of 4 school age children, my resources are few & far between. I got an excellent deal on this computer for Christmas & my son is VERY PLEASED with the performance, efficiency & functionality of this laptop.

Either way, this laptop is built with keeping costs down. The build quality will give it away, it is a cheap laptop. It broken within a few days, simply put the switch that allows the cover to open and wake the screen appears to have broken. So I returned, and got a slightly more expensive model from a diff manufacturer.....but in this price point, don't expect much. I applaud the attempt to get computers to everyone by way of making the price so low, but it comes with performance and quality issues. If you can afford more, I'd go for more.

This is my first experience with Windows 8.1. Did not realize it did not have a media player package. That was one of the few reasons I bought a laptop instead of a tablet. I still have not found a media player that works really good.

Easy to use. Bought for myself as my Toshiba crashed after 4 years. Love this computer

everything worked was was disappointed that I could not get the DVD drive to read the dvd or cd's and was not able to get easy help to fix the problem. everything should work on a new laptop purchase especially since I bought 3 for my 3 grandchildren. The set up was not easy.

I would highly recommend this laptop to anyone, especial for the price. No one had a better deal than BestBuy.

I love my new computer and it was a great price. My old computer crashed and I needed a new immediately.

From the basic computers, probably the best. Nothing fancy, Easy to use. Bought for my teenage kid.

not the most flashy computer, but it's good for the price and what comes with it. My biggest complaint is Windows 9 which I hate that it comes with, but other than that it's not a bad computer.

I bought this laptop for my mom for Christmas. She loves it! She uses it to email, use social media and skyping! She is having trouble using Windows 8 but has had no serious issues otherwise!

The Asus Intel Celeron laptop is a great computer for a working environment for a great price.
