This is a good laptop. So far it works very well and the only thing I can mention is the screen resolution is not enough for an i7 laptop.

My mom had been wanting a labtop for ages. decided to get this one for her as a christmas gift. very easy to use. she loves it

This is a great computer for a college student. It has all the things my son needs. Since he is 19 and knows a heck of a lot more about computers than I do so I trust his judgement. He loves it!

I needed technical help and did not get it from one 'Tech' I dealt with, but was extremely pleased with the technical and customer treatment of the Geek Squad Manager - Mr Christian Aviles. He followed up on my 'dissatisfied survey response by phone. I decided to give Geek another chance. Best money I've spent. He converted me from a disappointed customer into an advocate for the Store and its Geek Squad service. You've got yourself a bright and professionally capable Manager !

The computer itself is nice. Sleek look, easy to navigate keyboard, track pad has a nice placement, screen is clear and decent size. However, Microsoft dumbs it all down. Having the computer for a month now, I've been able to open it once and have it work how I expect. Every other time I've had to do long Window's updates. Coming from a Mac this isn't what I'm used to. Hopefully the computer is up to speed now and will stay this way for a while because it is working great now.

I've had this laptop for over a month and I love it! It's user friendly, fast, and very lightweight for its size. I had a MacBook Pro before this and I do not miss it at all.

Great computer and very fast. I had trouble at first with viruses but the geek squad took care of it right away.

This laptop is a great little machine. If there are any more available, I highly recommend it. Best Buy gave courteous service and a really good price for it.

This laptop was ready to go from the beginning. It has everything I need for all my computing needs. It has a responsive processor and plenty of memory.

The staff was very helpful. They took the time to show me several different products before helping me come to a decision. A very pleasant experience.

The Asus computer is awesome and love love!! Also, the copier/scanner is easy to use and my husband is loving the quickness and ease in making copies

I have upgraded to 12 gb for 39 usd. Overal it is nice laptop. Only one thing notice that esc and power button too close and should have vol keys

Having used various laptops issued by our companies that were a disappointment we researched other brands. Having had experience with Asus products years ago that were always excellent quality we opted to go with this laptop. We wanted more ram than it came with, but this laptop out of the box has not disappointed us once, this is something easily added if needed later. Like any laptop it comes with preloaded software that you might never use, but this does not define the quality of the laptop and overall would highly recommend this product.
